Lovely sized room on the ground floor with large bathroom, queen bed and excellent mattress. Access at anytime. Pool was clean and located centrally. Building itself was traditionally Portuguese and the owners did a great job refurbishing it to a high standard. Loved the place. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!!!

A very cozy authentic and well equipped and nicely designed family home with charming outdoor space (pool, patio, terraze) and more than enough space for 4 people. Marta was so very sweet when letting us in explaining the house. Ceu (her aunt) was always virtually available when we had questions. Location was great for us who are keen in less-touristic places, village has some very good restaurants to enjoy local food and Talha wine (we even had a possibility to hear cante alentejo singing in Taberna de Enteirico restaurant). Plenty of safe parking places around the house. Definately the place to recommend when you are in this area of Portugal.

Staff is very attentive. The property is extremely well arranged and comfortable. We were fortunate to be in the junior suite and the room was fabulous. The land is beautiful and sunsets idyllic. The gym is also great. Overall, our stay felt incredibly serene and relaxing. Highly recommend bike tours around.

WE CHOSE THIS PROPERTY FOR THE FAMILY HOLIDAYS. WE STAYED IN TOMATO ROOM FOR ONE WEEK (2 ADULTS + 2 CHILDREN) THAT FITS US PERFECTLY. THE POOL WAS GREAT. DAILY CLEANED SURROUNDING AREAS AND THE BEST BREAKFAST WITH THE TASTIEST ORANGE JUICE EVER (FROM THE FARM ORANGE TREES) AND OF COURSE, ANOTHER LOCAL PRODUCTS. WE MISS ALL OF YOU 🐶 🐴🦚. Historic building with modern facilities, while retaining its authenticity. Sympathetic garden and large pool. Beautifully decorated bedroom and a quiet nights sleep. Nestled in the heart of Alvito.

love the breakfast options especially the fresh squeezed OJ. everything was fresh and delicious. Room was comfortable and clean. i love baths so i welcomed the bathtub ! Grounds were great and the pool was perfect on a hot day. loved the orange trees. Accompdations surpassed my expectations!! place would be Ideal for a small intimate wedding or special occasion!!

It was an incredible castle - beautifully converted to a very comfortable hotel. Large air conditioned room with extra large bed. Swimming pool in shaded gardens. Restaurant which offered a delicious vegan option. Very good breakfast. Extremely helpful staff at Reception and in the restaurant. Would highly recommend it.
