We had a fantastic stay with Ana and the staff at Casa Grande! The hotel is brand new and the room and facilites were in perfect condition. Ana was very attentive to us during our stay. We couldn't find the hotel on google maps but Ana send us a detailed description on how to find the location. We very much enjoyed our stay and wish we had spent more nights here during our stay on the island!

Great apartments - modern, comfy beds and very quiet although in walking distance to the city center. The breakfast is always fresh and a good start into the day, and the hosts are extremely fast responsing and friendly. The own garage is a big plus, as a car is usually required to discover the island. Keep up the good work!

Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s commitment to family-friendly service was evident in the little touches, such as a crib for our baby. The location is fantastic, with stunning views and easy access to the island’s many attractions. In summary, our stay in Sao Miguel was extraordinary. This was an exceptional experience! The room was spacious, clean, modern, comfortable and very well isolated form the outside noises. Even there were construction work nearby we never heard any noise. The breakfast was very nice! We loved the option to have the typical pastry and the cheese with pepper sauce everyday apart of other options, fresh fruit, different types of pastries and breads, ham and cheese, all perfect! You also have the option to park in the hotel parking. It is easier to get into the parking with a smaller car, but even with a big car you are fine. It is an option that not all hotels offer. What made our stay so exceptional was the stuff at the hotel. The communication was clear, accurate and prompt. In particular, the receptionist/manager excelled in providing us suggestions and recommendation on places to visit and things to do, so we could fully enjoy our time. It was a first class service! I give the Pêro Teive Bay Apartments Hotel my highest recommendation and thank all the stuff to make our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

A grand joy to arrive into this welcoming oasis in Ponta Delgada, I got greeted by kind people who were genuinly interested in me, a rare bijou in these lands - you are far more then a customer. You are home. Easygoing, I had the opportunity to rest and be by myself, drink a coffee or play the guitar in the hammocks, or I could indulge in the cosy socialness of thought-through activities like surfing or a three-course meal by an amazing cook who brings some vegetables from his own garden. I´ts a well balanced atmosphere of community and down to earth-service. Every person who worked at this place was very loving and well-meaning people who´d Id wanted to talk more to, it was just too much fun stuff to do. And the beach is just a free electric bicycle-ride away rolling down the hills. Oh! And the BEDS were the best on the island (- and I´ve been to quite many.)

The kindness of the staff. Everyone was doing their utmost to make us feel at home. Lots of thoughtful details made our stay a great experience for us. Everything you need (eg transfer to airport) they help you to arrange it. Everybody at the reception, the bar, both restaurants, the spa, all were extremely kind and helpful. The location is great, in a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by green environment, much nicer than downtown. Excellent spa facilities and a divine hot bath in the pineapple greenhouse, nice after a good hike!. Two very good restaurants so we didn’t feel the need to go outside for dinner. On the day of our early departure even a coffee & breakfast service was provided at 04.00 am. Convenient to park our rental car, taxi to downtown very affordable.
