This is a modern hotel with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The room had a small fridge; there was no coffee maker in the room. It was an easy 15 minute walk from the airport to the hotel, but they offer a free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. All staff were friendly and helpful. Vanessa was kind enough to check me in a little early - much appreciated. She explained dinner options and how to reach downtown via the metro. I'm sorry I have forgotten the name of the gentleman (it started with 'M') who was at the front desk and drove the shuttle. He was friendly, helpful, efficient. Servers at the restaurant were also very helpful The Verdes Metro stop is an easy 5 minute walk away, from which the metro can be taken to get downtown in about 30 minutes. There are only a few restaurants within walking distance, but I ate at a gem (Tomar de Sal) that was about a 10 minute walk away.

Fantastic hotel and really 5 stars! Friendly staff, great breakfast, super nice gym, loved the space to work, the bar was nice after work, not far from the airport and great location. Loved it and will come back when being in Porto again!

We liked it all, the staff was extremely professional and nice at the same time. The room was modern and very clean. The charger for the electric cars is a plus that the hotel offers for a small charge which is for sure less than in any public charging station.

Loved everything - great location (walked everywhere), super room, beds and bedding were awesome, facilities are great, pool area is small but beautifully done, breakfast was fresh and made to order, and the staff - they were the icing on the cake! There were poolside acoustic concerts with wine/refreshment service 6-8pm thurs fri and sat- with super talented musicians. We loved our garden access room - it was cool and so quiet at night. Parked our car for 4 days in a local lot where we had in and out privelege - never used the car - We did not want to leave!

This is a modern hotel with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The room had a small fridge; there was no coffee maker in the room. I stay at this hotel occasionally because of its location, as it is relevant to my work. The staff are very friendly, and one of the main reasons I like staying. The hotel doesn't have EV charging infrastrucutre, byt the staff allowed me to charge via a connection from their offices|! The rooms are dated and simple, but clean and comfortable. I have never enjoyed the pool, but it's big, sorrounded by a generous lawn.

A little oasis just a small distance from the airport. The hotel and room was impeccably clean. Lovely, large shower with good water pressure. I made use of the pool, which was small, but totally adequate. Building work is taking place over the road, but it didn’t particularly affect my stay. I didn’t eat at the hotel, but the bar was well stocked. Staff were fantastic and super friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

The room was large, lots of space, large TV, natural light. Excellent comfy bed. Everything super clean. The staff was outstanding. The swimming pool was the right size and location to relax for a bit.
