The owners live in one of the houses, a very friendly and helpful couple. the construction of the houses is quite recent and they offer comfort conditions (example air conditioning) We really enjoyed the days we spent at the house, allowing us to get to know Marialva, one of the 12 historic villages in Portugal, as well as other locations/areas in the region (example Foz Côa)

An absolute gem in the rough. We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. Nelia was a fabulous host. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and went out of her way to ensure we felt welcomed.

I was bikepacking and booked the afternoon of the stay. The manager arranged an excellent evening meal with a local person when I asked about restaurants (there are none) The room was clean and with working quiet air conditioning

For us, the owner Marisa is probably the best hostess we ever encountered. She is so nice and welcoming, it felt like we are a guest in her own home. Besides, she was super open and communicative, and we shared great conversations. On top of all of that she gave us absolutely delightful recommendations for the remainder of our trip.

The best thing about it was the exterior heated pool of course, it could be a bit bigger but either way it was extraordinary. Excellent staff.

Amazing place! Beautiful, clean, comfortable. The owners are charming! We had a very nice room with a bathroom, there was a shared kitchen, garden and swimming pool for the kid. There was an option to have a barbecue in the evening. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and tasty. Very quiet neighborhood.
