Everything was perfect! The staff were kind, friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and had everything we needed, albeit a little cosy. The beds were comfortable, the bath was AMAZING and the breakfast was delicious and served by the loveliest lady. It’s only a short walk into the centre of town and there are parking spaces on the street just outside.

We stayed in Aza Hotel for three days. First of all we loved our King Suite, the staff were very attentive and helpful. Hassan, Urku and one more guy from the breakfast team were stars and looked after us always with a smile. The front desk assisted with booking activities very quickly. The hotel is beautiful and unfortunately the weather was cold so we were unable to use the swimming pool. Breakfast has a variety of delicious options from sweets to different cheeses, salads, breads and also an ala carte option of eggs! Never disappointed. We will surely come back in summer and stay at the same property

Excellent hotel with responsive staff. The room was very nice, and the toilet and shower were perfect. There was no moldy smell. There is an air conditioner, but we didn't use it as the room maintained a comfortable temperature. The internet works well throughout the hotel premises. The pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm and appears to be heated. The breakfast is not a buffet, but it is very good.

Our experience at Hotel Mare Cappadocia was absolutely amazing. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful service throughout our stay, everything was perfect. The owner was incredibly friendly and gave us great advice on activities and places to visit in the area, which really enhanced our trip. The location of the hotel is ideal — it’s right in the center of town, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. It made getting around so convenient. One highlight was the hot air balloon experience — our original booking was cancelled last minute, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to find us a replacement at the last minute. We’re so grateful for that! Breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. All the staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and made us feel at home. I highly recommend Hotel Mare Cappadocia to anyone visiting the region. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, service, and location.
