We spent an wonderful time with family & friends. The staff was great, always paying attention that we are having a great stay. They always had a smile on their face, even when our 4 children, all aged under 6 years were being loud. The property has a lovely garden (where you can eat/drink) and is right on the beach!! In September we had the perfect weather and the water was still fine for swimming. Also, the music playlist was the best! If we will be traveling again to Izmir area, definitely we will stay here again!

As someone who stayed at your hotel, we truly appreciate the cleanliness and the friendly and solution-oriented attitude of the staff. The rooms are spacious, bright, and surrounded by greenery. Upon our arrival, the receptionists accompanied us to our rooms, fulfilling every request we had regarding room placement. The meals and drinks, along with the bartenders' special cocktails, provided a fantastic experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is incredibly tranquil, allowing guests to enjoy their breakfast while overlooking the sea from their tables. The hotel is also remarkably peaceful and serene. Situated on a large area, there is an opportunity for a long nature walk from your room to the restaurant area. During this walk, you are accompanied by various flowers and bird songs. There is also a wooden playground by the poolside for children, which my daughter particularly enjoyed. I can confidently say that we will choose this hotel for our next vacation as well.

We felt really welcomed here. The hotel staff really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Even though not being included in the "normal" breakfast buffet we ask for some eggs - from that day on we were served omeletts every breakfast for the rest of the stay. They were quit flexibile with check in / check out times as well. All of that with a smile. We enjoyed our stay in the clean und quit cabin.

The hotel was very clean and cozy, with a beautiful view and a nice pool. It is a family-run place, and the owners were extremely kind they were especially helpful and made us feel at home. They paid great attention to our needs, especially with breakfast, and we always felt well taken care of. It was perfect both for families and for us as a group of friends.

Myself and my husband have stayed at Paloma Pasha 4 times now. We love the choice of restaurants and places to sunbathe…by the amazing pool, the small beach or our favourite place the jetty. Everything is easily accessible due to the layout of the complex. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall a lovely relaxing place with the option to join in on activities if you’re feeling energetic, go for a walk along the promenade nearby and attend great evening entertainment if you choose to.

The food is genuinely amazing - the best I have ever had in an all-inclusive hotel. Every single dish was excellent, with fresh fish cooked perfectly to order, fantastic salads which were varied and incredibly tasty, fresh honeycomb and freshly baked bread in the morning... The a la carte restaurants were a welcome change from the great buffet and were also of very high quality. Our room was very quiet and very well proportioned. Staff were friendly and there was a high staff to guest ratio, which meant everything was spotless. The app was very useful to ask for everything from more toiletries or coffee in the room to a buggy ride to the lobby, and service as consistently friendly. The hotel is also great for children thanks to the water slides, pools and beach, and friendliness of the lifeguards. It was very easy to order a drink from your lounger, thanks to the many waiters walking along the pools, and there were cold water bottles available everywhere. The many snack bars along the property made it easy to keep children powered up between meals. I also had a great massage in the Kesre Bay spa, with a beautiful view of the sea. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.
