The place was so amazing its difficult to express in words. As we were approaching the area, it looked like it was in the middle of nowhere and then bang, the most amazing property came up, to say it was a surprise was an understatement. The rooms were perfect, location was actually perfect. everything was just perfect. The restaurant is a bit slow so order early but apart from that everything was super unreal. Also they have a horses stable adjoining the property where you can ride a horse and take it into the water. totally unreal. words cant express enough just how amazing this place is.

The property is gorgeous, with great antique styling, clean and comfortable rooms, a great location outside of the chaos of Stone Town, but a 2 minute walk away, all around amazing hotel. And what made it even better was the staff, who were always incredibly friendly and very open to doing whatever necessary to make the guests feel at home, trying new recipes, etc. Absolutely recommend!
