Overall, we had a great experience at the Hampton Inn - service was great, the staff were friendly and provided us with thorough info, and facilities were a plus as well (fitness centre, pool, etc.). The room was very comfortable - bed was nice and bathroom was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good as well - it had great variety and everything was delicious.

Excellent place overall! Breakfast was solid and had a decent changing selection every day. Location is excellent - very close to highway for access, and within walking distance of many restaurants and to the Arcadia metro station line. Great for accessing Pasadena (including the Rose Bowl shuttle)! Rooms are also very spacious - this is like a 1 bedroom + lofted apartment, so there's plenty of room for a family of 4.

Good size room. Hotel location was very convenient for transportation and food. Close to the train stop so we rode the train many times to Pasadena. Everything was clean. I liked that there was a pool option even though we didn't use it. Parking is abundant.

A place to spend a day with my family. Shopping center and restaurants near by. Had fun in the pool. Breakfast was good. Parking was great. We also had a cart to carry our stuff in to hotel and out to car. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The room itself was clean, and there was a fridge and a table that was very convenient. The pool area was very nice and off the main road, so it was a little private. I have stayed here many times and the rates are usually excellent.

Excellent amenity with a brilliant breakfast spread including made to order omelettes. Large indoor pool, decent size gym, laundry albeit small and complimentary evening drink and snacks. Arriving late, there was always security guards, wandering the premises and ‘secure’ outdoor parking. Daily house was a lovely luxury. A couple of free bottles of water daily was fantastic. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
