Exceptional service with every detail considered. The cashless and tip less approach is terrific, and somehow results in even friendlier and more attentive service. The details in the room from the wine, to the spa product samples, and the personalised candle elevate the experience. The rooms are stunning and luxurious. The property is beautiful, well maintained and has no shortage of activities and areas to explore. All good from the breakfast to poolside to dinner is fresh, hearty, and delicious. This is one of my favourite hotels and I’m already planning my next visit. A new go-to for a wholesome escape.

From the warm welcome at checkin we really liked our stay: comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen, nice breakfast with a healthy choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt, nuts and cereals, enjoyable pool area, excellent service also at the bar. Thank you all very much! We also liked the quiet location in beautiful surroundings. It's a great starting point for hikes in the Santa Monica Mountains, also not far from Malibu and L.A.

The hotel restaurant was excellent!!

This hotel is 9 miles from the Point Mugu Naval Complex. A heated outdoor pool is available at this hotel along with suites that provide a kitchenette. A free hot breakfast buffet is served daily.

Room was lovely, comfy bed, black-out curtains. Bathroom was big and spacious, TV was great and had options to login on streaming services. Rooms were quiet enough that we didn't hear anyone else. Pool and outdoor seating area were a big bonus, as was the gym and bar. The parking was also free. Location was good, about 20 mins from Malibu and 10 mins from Camarillo shopping area.

The staff was excellent. The room was great.

Very good staff for excellent facilities are very good, extremely comfortable bed very close to shops and restaurants.

This hotel is 6 minutes' drive from downtown Agoura Hills and Westlake Golf Course. It features an outdoor pool and spacious rooms with flat-screen TVs.

I requested a room change because of noisy neighbors. The original staff I asked did not help me, but the next shift was very helpful and made the change. The sheets on the bed were super soft!
