Although the hotel is quite spacious, the way it’s laid out gives it a cozy, almost boutique feel. The wellness area is truly exceptional. We especially appreciated the textile-free zone and were pleasantly surprised by how respectfully other guests behaved — it created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities cater equally well to those seeking an active holiday or pure relaxation. We loved that you can borrow bikes, trekking poles, and backpacks — we took advantage of the bike rental and everything was in perfect condition and super easy to arrange. All in all, this is genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at — and we travel a lot. Highly recommended!

The hotel team was always very friendly, helpful and in a nice mood. The sauna and spa zone is brand new, everything super clean, big spacious rooms, smelling from natural wood. Even on busy days the people are somehow scattered around the hotel so it is never overcrowded. Location is breathtaking. Will definitely come again!

Surrounded by a 70,000 m² meadow, this friendly spa hotel, which has been run by the same family for 3 generations, is located in the centre of Pertisau, on Tyrol’s Lake Achen. The food was amazing. The staff was the friendliest and most accommodating we’ve ever encountered in all our travels. Love this place!!

The view out of our bedroom window, I could have sat on our balcony forever! The food every night and every course (all 5 of them) were the best quality food we have ever had! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the spa was beautiful. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed.
