This wasn’t my first stay at the hotel, and it continues to hold a special place for my family — especially my 3-year-old son, who affectionately calls it “our home.” It’s always been a comfortable and familiar place for us. This time, however, there was a slight issue with the room — a faint but noticeable smell that I couldn’t quite identify. I’m not sure if it contributed to my seasonal allergy symptoms, but it was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, everything else was great and up to the usual standard. One small suggestion would be to see a bit more warmth and smiles from the staff, which would make the experience feel even more welcoming. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Very helpful and friendly staff, perfect view, very good a la carte restaurant, the chef is amazing. Everything we ate was just perfection. Breakfast had good variety and there were gluten free, lactose free options available. It was a wonderfull experience.

The property gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing; beautiful modern room with a huge deck. the hotel-only spa area was amazing and very peaceful.
