Food excellent and staff went out of their way to deal with our late arrival from a three day hike. Kitchen stayed open and chef was outstanding.

This place is an absolute gem; the location, the set up, the serenity - incredibly special. Lynne and Paul have build an absolute dreamland. If you are looking to book this resort and have the means, for sure book the villa; it’s incredibly special! I’d also highly recommend having dinner here as well, the meat is sensational. The service is exceptional and the staff made us feel so at home. An experience we will never forget, couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Guesthouse on Grant Street is set in Smithton and offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Outdoor seating is also available at the guest house. The detail the owner went to to make our stay very comfortable was above and beyond. There were lots of little things added that were very thoughtful - milk, juices, heater turned on prior to our arrival. There were DVD's and games for us to use and in the nicer weather there was a pool in the backyard. There was undercover parking if it was raining and a gym set for that morning workout if desired.
