The bed was big and so comfortable! Very clean too. We never got to use the swimming pool but it looked amazing. It is at a good distance from city center and 3 minutes from the bus stop which was handy. All perfect! Breakfast was my favourite.

The restaurant has fabulous room and the breakfast is to die for, so much choice and the desserts are unreal. The staff are amazing, everyone we met walking along greats you a big smile, the stay go out of their way to do everything for you from checking in to arranging the transfers into Paraty each day and evening. Tassiana was amazing for organising the boat cruise, which was unbelievable, she really couldn’t do enough for us. Going up and beyond and awaiting when we needed some urgent laundry taken care of she arrange this for us too and also arranging a really nice transfer for us to Ilha Grande. Thank you Tassiana for everything and all the other staff at Apple House.

The property is on arguably the best spot of angra dos reis and we enjoyed a good and comfortable stay. The house lays directly to the bay, so we could swim and kayak while at the property. Marco was a great host and offered great facilities for our stay. We would like to come back when possible.
