We spent a week in the hotel in April. It is a beautiful property and a great base for walks to Hertenstein, Vitznau and to the cable car to mount Rigi. The hotel is near the ferry dock which provides an easy way to reach the many small pretty towns on the Lake Lucerne. The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast buffet is simply delicious! It is a very good opportunity to sample local breads, cheeses and cold meat cuts, and the hostess will also cook eggs to your liking. Our room with the lake view was so pretty! Highly recommend the hotel.

Their spa was so nice and relaxing :) The rooms are pretty as well and the staff is friendly . Everything was clean, and the breakfast was tasty! Would stay again.

We love the family room. Very comfortable bed and the room is very clean. And of course, the little elevator was very useful to transport the luggages.

The location was fabulous amazing and the staff always meet you with a smile which made a great impression (warm welcome). This property is lucky with such a staff especially ms.
