This hotel has been by far the most unique and amazing experience ive ever had away from my home. The staff are world class. Views are incredible. My stay here was only for one night, but the hospitable hosts made it very comfortable and unforgettable. My room was large, with a large bathroom and a lovely terrace. The hotel has a restaurant by the lake with stunning views and serves delicious dishes grilled by the hosts in front of gests. Beatifull beach with sun loungers and access to lake. Lovely breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel and wish to come back again. Thanks!

Wellness facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, fitness area, a sauna, a steam bath, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. On Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons, the sauna area is open for women only. The location, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and a shopping center, was perfect for us. We enjoyed the access to the swimming pool and sauna, which was included in the price. The breakfast buffet was generous, and all the hotel personnel were amazing. The hotel and rooms were very clean. We occupied a total of three rooms; two were perfect, but room #3 did not have adequate clearance between the bed and the wall to pass by. The beds were very comfortable, and the WiFi was excellent. As is common in Switzerland, there was no A/C in any of the rooms, but a fan was provided. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning, especially as the owner mentioned plans to renovate all the rooms and add a restaurant on the top floor.

Las was the one who waited for us to be the last person to be checked in while Sandy who was there at the check out.. i really love the place it is so cozy and near to almost everything except that i was a bad weather we went to luzern and we need to cut the trip short... but if i get a chance to comeback this will be a place to stay! You guys are magicians at creating an atmosphere of hospitality and comfort! Everything was simply perfect: delicious, clean, friendly, beautiful, but what surprised me most was that the managers really listened to people's comments here! Can you imagine, it turns out there are managers in this world who really improve the service after complaints from guests!? 😁 And absolutely everything I read here about the hotel before checking in, absolutely all the wishes of previous guests, were met and fulfilled. You guys truly set the highest standards in the business! My deepest gratitude! We will definitely be back!
