Location was great, close to the main street and restaurants, but tucked around a corner so it wasn’t too loud at night. Close to the port. Very clean, spacious rooms. Decent breakfast, too. Would stay again.

Acacia is an excellent hotel. Beautiful room with a balcony. It costs a little more than the standard room, and it is worth it. We needed help to find medical help and the people in the hotel were so helpful. They made us feel at home!! Good breakfast and very good location as well. Highly recommended.

The Dock House was amazing and perfect for our large family. It was a short walk from the ferry pier and close to great restaurants. The house is large with a great outdoor area!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, nice breakfast, very relaxing atmosphere and didn’t feel crowded around communal areas as not many rooms. Huge comfortable beds! Great air con and WiFi.

Hotel Villa Escalesia Galapagos is een accommodatie met 4 sterren tegenover het strand in Puerto Ayora met heeft een buitenzwembad, een tuin en een terras. Great hotel in Santa Cruz - Galapagos which we can highly recommend. -The hotel was very clean. We had the biggest room, a Suite Deluxe (room name: "Isabela"), and had a nice view to the sea from our balcony which was big. There was also a whirlpool . The personal very nicely explained how the the whirlpool works. However, we could also tell them when we planned to go to the whirlpool in advance and they already prepared it to have it ready when we get to the room. The whirlpool was very clean. -The hotel is directly located at the sea and centrally. Going out from the hotel to the street you have a lot of delicious restaurants. As usual at Santa Cruz, you have to walk to the beaches since the hotels do not have direct access  to beaches. However, the closed, small, beach is only approx. 5 to 10 min by walk.  -The pool at the hotel is very clean and there is a bar. Furthermore, since the hotel has not many rooms, the pool is not crowded and thus is great for relaxing. -Once, while eating breakfast outside, a sea lion was sleeping in the sun at the hotel area. The sea lion came by himself from the sea. This was so nice and cute. -What we would especially like to point out is the personal. At first day, the hotel manager welcomed us and explained us everything. I had once a strong sunburn (I am a bit sensitive to the sun).  So, I called 02.00 am in the morning the hotel manager and he immediately came and organised a doctor. I really appreciated it and he was always very polite. Generally, all person at the hotel was  polite. -If we go to Canta Cruz again, we will definitely going back to this hotel.

Enchanted Galapagos Lodge is gelegen in Puerto Ayora met uitzicht op de tuin en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde lounge, bar, tuin, buitenzwembad dat het hele jaar door open is en terras. Beautiful grounds and amazing food. The staff were welcoming too… it was a fantastic final night of our holiday.

Villas Galapagos Cottages ligt in Puerto Ayora, op slechts 3 stratenblokken van het winkelgebied van het eiland, en biedt een buitenzwembad. Dit vakantiehuis beschikt over gratis WiFi. This is an amazing place. I have travelled to many, many places and this is arguably the most comfortable, clean and accommodating residence that I (and my wife) have stayed in! Pipo, the on-site Manager, and, Rosita, the Maintenance Manager, run this place like a Swiss Watch. Crazy Nice!! Pool literally 15 feet from the front door. Out of the 'Boom Boom' but an easy 6-minute walk from the downtown center. Five Stars easy!! T

Hotel Twin Galápagos is gelegen in Puerto Ayora, op 8,1 km van Tortuga Bay, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een gedeelde lounge. We had a fantastic 10 day stay here. The hotel is so lovely, huge rooms with very comfortable beds. Jose, Lis, Marie and team made us feel so welcome and were so helpful with tour and taxi bookings. The location is perfect, so quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, fresh juice, croissant, fruits and eggs. Would highly recommend this hotel!
