Hotel Rural de Poqueira ligger i Capileira, i hjertet af Sierra Nevada Nationalpark, som er blevet erklæret biosfærereservat af UNESCO. The relaxed atmosphere...staff were so welcoming 😀.... breakfast was very good in the fact they have a member of staff cooking eggs ,bacon, sausage to order.... coffees good....set in a beautiful village with real Spanish people living there unlike friglianna above nerja that's been bought up by foreigners then renting out on Airbnb...

In quiet and beautiful natural surroundings, the Finca Los Llanos is located in the heart of the Alpujarras, on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Rooms with a balcony provides a wonderful view over the village and valley. The rooms are not that big, but sufficient. The bathroom is modern with a perfect rainshower. The breakfast is good with a wide variety on products. The restaurant provides a good daily menu for a nice price. They serve good wines. The pool is great and clean (water is not heated) with a beds and sufficient shade. Also the garden and cafeteria offers a nice place to sit and to have lunch. The surroundings are very nice. And ... above all the staff is great.

Casa de Dona Concha Apartments Ugijar ligger i Ugíjar og har gratis wi-fi. Gæsterne kan nyde godt af en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og en terrasse. The place is absolutely beautiful, close to everything in the village, with amazing views and really nice shared facilities like the pool, terraces and kitchen. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, their Spanish is not great but enough to communicate, and non-Spanish speakers will be relieved to find native English speaking staff! The atmosphere is wonderful, we made great connections with the other guests and staff and the large amount of shared spaces encourage interacting with other people, which I think is the intention of the place. If you want to visit a welcoming place where you can meet great people and have fun, I would really recommend it. If you want a peaceful stay, you will always find an area where you can just relax and unwind.

Embrujo Andaluz Complejo Rural Órgiva ligger i Órgiva og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi, aircondition og adgang til have. We went to Órgiva because of a cycling event in the area and to stay in Embrujo Andaluz Complejo was a good choice. Communication was easy and the welcome extensive. Facilities are renovated and everything was clean! Would come back for sure

Carataunas House Alpujarra ligger i Carataunas. Her er en sæsonåben udendørs swimmingpool, gratis wi-fi og udsigt til floden. A nicely furnished two-bedroom apartment with great character. The kitchen was well suited for making dinner, the beds comfortable, the fireplace cozy, and to pull it all together is a stunning view from the terrace overlooking the mountains & out to the Alboran sea. The host was extremely helpful & responsive with plenty of suggestions for things to do in the area. A wonderful place to spend some time. Parking is easy next to the building.

Los Llanos Soportújar- La Alpujarra ligger i Soportújar og har en privat pool. Overnatningsstedet har gratis wi-fi, en udendørs swimmingpool, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse. We originally booked this one bedroom apartment, but when we met the host Luis there, he offered us to stay in a two bedroom apartment with more space for our bicycles and a bigger swimming pool, without any extra cost! Both places looked really nice, and had similar amazing views of the mountains. The apartment we stayed in, Dreams Alpajurra, was really spacious, had a cozy living room and a well-equipped kitchen, great shower and comfy beds. The terraces and swimming pool had an amazing view of the surrounding mountainous landscape. Luis is a really friendly and helpful host as well. Albeit not necessary for us at the time, he even offered to drive us to the next town to help us get groceries instead of us having to cycle there again.

Casa Alpujarreña Fina Número 27 ligger i Bubión. Her er en privat pool, en balkon og bjergudsigt. Overnatningsstedet blev bygget i 1990 og har gårdhave samt gratis wi-fi. A fabulous and peaceful spot. The accommodation had everything we needed. The sunsets were stunning. There were restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away.

We had a great time in la Almunia de la Alpujjara during our Christmas trip to Yegen. Yegen is a very small and calm village in Alpujjara de la Sierra. The apartments are located next to the main road so it is easy to get there and park (streets in the village are very narrow so it's an advantage). At the same time cars don't bother you because they are very few passing through the road. The apartment had everything that we need. Kitchen was very well equipped. Apartment was very clean and cozy. We felt very comfortable there. We got a better apartment that we booked and it has an amazing view on the mountains. We recommend to choose the apartment with a terrace. Terrace has also a small grill so were able to do a barbecue. Apartment was very warm. We loved our stay in Yegen!
