Such a lovely welcome from the owners on arrival, made to feel very welcome. Room was spacious, large and comfortable bed, spotlessly clean with great view over the sea great facilities: indoor swimming pool, hot tub and jacuzzi. Loved the idea of the guests own kitchen with everything you need to prepare a breakfast eggs cereal bread tea coffee etc or alternatively cook something your self throughout your stay. A great find would definitely return and recommend - thanks Paul for a great stay.

Beautiful, large clean room with ocean view. Large, clean bathroom. The shared guest kitchen is fully equipped and supplies basic necessities (bread, milk, condiments, etc.), which was key because there were not many restaurants within walking distance. The facilities are beautiful: indoor pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub--very welcome after a long bike ride. Our host Paul was very nice, helpful, and laid back.

Our room had a balcony which gave us great views of the grounds and beyond. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the Northumberland National Park. We had a lovely time walking to and from Hareshaw Linn Waterfall. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The facilities included an indoor swimming pool and sauna, both of which were clean and well-maintained. The meals and drinks added to our pleasure, being delicious and promptly served. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Exceptionally clean and has little extras to make it more homely. The communal kitchen /diner has absolutely everything you need and more. Basic breakfast provisions to help yourself and plenty of space to bring in your own food and label as your own. You then gave the added bonus of swimming pool, sauna & hot tub.

Great location, although not a B&B some very nice breakfast items are included in the shared kitchen by the owners. Our kids loved the swimming pool and hot tub !
