From our arrival through to our departure, we were treated so well by all the staff. Not only were they polite and helpful, but they were interested in talking with us and making sure that we were having the best time possible all the time. One of us had a health concern during our stay and three staff were particularly kind and caring (Maria, Peggy and Karolina). It's impossible to name all the wonderful staff, but they were all the highlight of our stay. The hotel itself was also a pleasure to stay at with a great pool, fabulous buffet breakfasts and dinners, beach at the doorstep and Athens just down the road.

Athens Capital Center Hotel - MGallery Collection offers a terrace and 'Mappemonde' lounge pool bar with city views. We stayed at Suites.hotel of m gallery and get upgrade. Amazing! A very high standard—precise, modern, and perfectly suited for 2025. I would like to give special praise to Maria from the lounge and to dear George. Outstanding employees—dedicated, courteous, and always welcoming with a warm smile. They are a true professional asset to the hotel, and I am confident we will see them rise higher and higher within the management team.

The helpful staff at Electra Palace is happy to offer local information and advice. Guests can also make use of the hotel's spa facilities, including an indoor pool and sauna. The hotel is lovely and the staff was wonderful. The room was adequate size as we were not in it very much but the facility was excellent. It was the perfect location to walk to the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis. The rooftop bar was amazing… The breakfasts were abundant and delicious and you can’t beat the view. We also went up there for a drink to be able to sit and look at the Acropolis.

The staff was very nice, the building is located near a metro station so all must-have sightseeings can be reached easily with public transportation. There is a big multi-story supermarket next to the metro station for groceries.
