I loved my stay and I wish I could’ve spent many more days here with 9 Muses. This was the highlight of my trip to Greece. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, the small beach nearby makes an excellent morning swim, and the whole property is an excellent jumping off point for exploring what Patmos has to offer.

We loved everything about the property! Very unique experience that you can rarely find in the whole world and most probably, it is the best in Patmos and even in Greece. The property is located at a very quite spot in Scala with a beautiful view at the sea and very cozy terrasse. The cute bedroom and the wooden doors connect you and open up into the terasse where you’ll find your inner peace. You’ll sleep with the sound of the waves of the beautiful mediteran sea through the night in the deep quitness. We loved it so much that we rarely left the place during the whole period. The location is superb. And i cannot explain enough how much we loved the hosting!! Christina is the most wonderful owner and host we have ever met. She took care of us so well every day. She even cooked us cakes and provided us with everything we would need. She is so nice and friendly and always there for us whenever we needed. She even dropped us off at the last day to the ferry with her car. We definitely will come back again!

If your idea of luxury is something sleek and modern, then this may not initially be what you're expecting. Perhaps 'rustic', 'traditional' or even 'Grandma chic' would be better descriptors, but what this place lacks in modern refinement it more than makes up for in other ways. Our stone villa was charming, characterful and spacious with stunning views and a beautiful courtyard and private garden. There are equally wonderful views from the lovely, uncrowded pool and restaurant area too and the food in the restaurant is superb—undoubtedly one of the best places to eat on the island. Yet surprisingly, the villas, the food and the location aren't even the best parts of this accommodation, it's actually the quality of service. Eirini and Christos are gracious hosts and their staff are all, without exception, excellent. When we encountered a medical problem that needed addressing they were concerned and helpful and throughout our stay everyone who works here was personable, efficient and friendly. All in all, I can't wait for the opportunity to revisit.

Staying at Porto Scoutari is one of the big reasons we loved Patmos. Elina and Kiki made our stay wonderful. Elina is a very gracious, helpful and caring host. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The sunrise and sunset from our balcony were highlights. We left Patmos with heavy hearts, however, wonderful memories of a wonderful host and beautiful hotel. Thank you Elina! Andrew and Eleitsa

The service was amazing and the owner and his family were amazingly welcoming! They suggested us many activities and help us with the reservations.

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was super kind friendly and they welcomed us in the most beautiful way. The breakfast was incredible and the cook Evangelia was the nicest person I’ve ever met! I suggest the name of the hotel should be Evangelia because the whole experience of the hotel wouldn’t be the same without her. She was chatting with us every morning giving us the best tips for the island and she has the warmest and kindest heart! I will definitely come again in Patmos and especially in that hotel.
