I liked everything about this place, the room was beautiful, I booked the Toproof room and was amazed with the room and the grand terrace with jacuzzi. The breakfast you choose from a menu and Gugun our host will make sure you get what you ask for. Gugun is just amazing helping you with everything you need, tours, transfers you name it is a 5 star men. You can have dinner at the hotel and the food is yummy. The pool is fantastic and the gardens beautiful. I will not hesitate to stay here again if will be back in Bandung again...Excellent.

A budget-friendly hotel situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, surrounded by cafés and an excellent, affordable salad buffet! The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean and nice bathroom. Our room also overlooked a charming inner garden. The gentleman who welcomed us was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. He greeted us with tea and water, always provided a delicious vegetarian breakfast (upon our request) at a time that suited us best, and was consistently thoughtful and caring—thank you for all!) The entire property was very clean, including the pool, which was immaculate—possibly because we were the only guests during our stay. Highly recommended!

Mr Nova was right outside the gate and had sent me his photo by WhatsApp. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted and personally walked to my room by Ms Iyang. Numerous times during my stay the staff checked on me when I passed through the beautiful campus. They also checking back with me via WhatsApp to see if I would need their complimentary car service to the Whoosh station. Beautiful location and facility but much more beautiful was the incredible service the staff extended to me - just a common business traveler in Bandung to meet with a client.
