We were upgraded to a Pool View Room, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The Pool View Room has loungers on the balcony—perfect for relaxing in privacy. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was another highlight, it has a wide counter that’s ideal for those who bring a lot of skincare. The shower was well-designed, with no water spilling out—a much-appreciated detail. Amenities
They thought of everthing. There’s a lounge area by the pool, a pool bar, beach loungers, bikes, a spa, and even a dessert spot. Security is also a nice addition. We absolutely loved the spa! Be sure to try the Gua Sha Massage and Body Scrub—it’s such a treat. Location
We personally loved the location. The sunsets by the beach were stunning, and the area was quiet—completely different from the busier port area. However, it’s still conveniently close to outdoor cinemas, restaurants, and warungs. To get around, we opted for an e-scooter for ”romantic” tandem rides by the beach, although regular bikes are also available. Service and Staff
The staff were warm, responsive, and incredibly friendly. Every afternoon, they checked in with guests to see if we needed anything—perfect for requesting extra water or towels. They were also great problem-solvers. We came down with the flu during our stay, and they quickly arranged for a doctor to assist us. On our last night, they surprised us with a farewell cake, and the warm send-off at checkout made us feel truly special. Food and Breakfast
This was one of our favorite parts of the day! The staff were attentive and always checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. Breakfast isn’t a buffet; instead, you choose from a well-curated menu, which we loved. If we wanted a little extra bread or bacon, they happily accommodated us. Selection of juices and coffee are also great. They also offer croissants or danishes while you wait.

The venue, the shape of rooms/building around the pools, the location at the heart of Kuta, and the amazing staff, helpfull, skilled, super sweet and welcoming. Restaurant super, breakfast amazing and restaurant staff very good, including trainees!

Amber Lombok Beach Resort ligger i Selong Belanak, 1 minutters gang fra Torok Beach, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og en restaurant samt gratis privat parkering. Dette resort har 4... Smukke omgivelser og et dejligt hotel. Vi har været her før og det var samme gode oplevelse selv om vejret ikke var det bedste. Personalet var fantastiske og meget hjælpsomme under hele besøget. Vores villa med pool var ren og pæn. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen næste gang vi besøger Lombok.

Hotel Lumi Gili Trawangan ligger på Gili Trawangan, 200 m fra Sunset Point. Hotellet har restaurant, gratis privat parkering, gratis cykler og udendørs swimmingpool. The cottage we lived in was perfect. It had everything we needed and even more. There is an amazing sunset spot, pool and very helpful staff. They treated us like princesses. The great addition was the free bikes the hotel provides so we didn’t need to care about anything.

I can only say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the cleanliness, the service, the kindness, the food (I can’t even begin to describe how amazing it was) — everything was simply magical. Lorena, along with all the other staff (Jean, Mai, etc.), made our stay truly the best experience we had in all of Indonesia. We can’t wait to come back! I would recommend it with my eyes closed.

Staff was very friendly and professional. We believe that some of the staff had some form of hospitality education. You can tell the difference to other accommodations. Comfortable room, cool design, nice pool areas, food and drinks great, breakfast options with great variety and all very good, location strategic but still quiet. All in all, a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere at great value. We absolutely recommend this place.
