They helped me since I made the booking with my special request to arrange for new year celebration, special thanks to Mr. Gautam Shankar (Assistant Manager Public Relations and Marketing), thanks to Ms. Jacintha from the Lounge and thanks to Mr. Dhanu Shree from the reception and all staff as they were always ready to assist with any request. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated and clean. The pool view is very beautiful, breakfast so delicious and diverse. The afternoon tea/coffee was amazing. The welcome sweet was really special. I stayed for new year celebration it was amazing and we saw the fireworks in the sky from the hotel it was really special.
