The hotel belongs to Oberoi Group, the level of hospitality this group has its incomparable, the authentic culture mixed with modern makes everything luxuriate. Great staff , friendly, attentive, from reception staff Gujeeret ( not sure if I’m writing her name correctly) , we received the most beautiful room and the great welcoming in the hotel. Nitant, a lovely presence at the Lobby Bar , very friendly and helpful. Akash, Anshul, Prakash and so many others from the staff , even though I didn’t get their names, was offering the best service , very attentive and accommodating with our needs. Very stylish, chic, charming hotel and very clean, cleaning service from room was impeccable. Good choice for breakfast, very delicious and plenty of options, variety for lunch and dinner complimented with Indian, Mediterranean and Asian Fusion cuisine.

We had a really beautiful time in the Haveli which was very beautiful restored and in the middle of the old city . The staff was truly hart warming, we felt very welcome. The room was perfect and their restaurant in their other hotel has very nice food. Truly a 10+ for this hotel!

The bedrooms have everything you could need and are finished to a very high specification! They even accommodated our request of a room with a bath - thank you!

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by their well kept desert landscaping and the warm hospitality of the camp staff. The staff was very communicative leading up to our arrival and continued to go above and beyond to make things wonderful for us. They were flexible in arranging a morning camel ride and the jeep dune ride at sunset. Our tent was spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and clean linens. The camp was well-maintained and pool was clean. The food was truly delicious. The camel ride through the dunes on morning was an unforgettable experience. We also thoroughly enjoyed the traditional Rajasthani music and folk dance performance over a bonfire. We had an unforgettable experience in Jaisalmer.
