Featuring 1200 m² of wellness facilities, this family-run resort is in the heart of the Puster Valley. Guests can admire panoramic mountain views from the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was up for a great stay. The staff member (forgot her name) gave me a great tour of the place and amenities. The tour was very detailed, never had one like this in my whole life. The views were amazing. Also, breakfast restaurant was awesome.

Great facilities, including a gym and indoor pool, lounge area with various games and gorgeous terase with fire pit. The room was clean and comfortable and we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade from the owner Andreas, upon our arrival. Kudos for the quality toiletries, slippers and extra towels for the pool. Appreciated Andreas’s hospitality and his recommendations for local restaurants. Rich and healthy breakfast with plenty of local food that gave us a great start of our day. The road to the property is now fixed and easy to access it. Available supermarkets in the village. We recommend this place and we would come back here for sure!

Onsite parking was secure, convenient, and included! Restaurant was delicious and accommodating for allergies (gluten free options). Room was large and luxurious with incredible views! I will stay here again!

It starts with the personnel, everybody seems genuinely glad to have you as a guest and is willing to help you with any question or request. Breakfast is abundant and we were assigned a table for our whole stay, this also means we were greet every morning by the same staff that quickly learned our preferences. The SPA is the 'secret gem' of this hotel. Spacious, brand new, well attended, an oasis for that rainy day. We enjoyed Federico's Aufguss sauna ceremony every day of our stay. Some other activities and entertainment were offered during the week as part of our stayed that made it very special and enjoyable. This hotel was our favorite of our northern Italy trip and would come back without a doubt. Highly recommended.
