I booked a year in advance and it was still difficult to book the entire week in Undine. The owner Paolo was atthe front desk and very nice. The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful. The restaurant onsite is amazing and the best spot for dinner on the entire lake. The views were spectacular. I did not expect a spacious balcony deck with duo lounge chairs and umbrella. Air conditioning was a godsend as the temperature was 35C in mid July.

Being surrounded by nature and the gorgeous landscape felt like a dream. The staff were also exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Majestic – Unique Spa Resort has everything you need for a totally relaxing break. It features 2 heated swimming pools with jacuzzi, a gym and a wide range of saunas and steam baths. The relaxation area features heated water beds and a selection of fruit juices and herbal teas. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was up for a great stay. The staff member (forgot her name) gave me a great tour of the place and amenities. The tour was very detailed, never had one like this in my whole life. The views were amazing. Also, breakfast restaurant was awesome.

Free parking, located 500 meters from the hotel beyond the woods. We have limited space in our garage, with only 10 parking spaces available, accessible only by reservation and for a fee. The Savoia's large rooms feature an LCD satellite TV and elegant parquet floors. Some also enjoy views of the valley and mountains, while others overlook the forest. Pets are allowed at a cost of EUR 35 per stay, per room. The staff all went above and beyond to make our Christmas the magical experience we hoped for.
