Very clean, not too crowded even though it was fully booked. Very nice and helpful employees. Also the food was very good.

The location is outstanding, overlooking the countryside with nightly sunsets witnessed from the balcony. The building is well insulated: we did not need to switch the Aircon on all week despite 36 degree maxima. The choice of materials and attention to detail give the room a feel of discrete luxury. The beds are most comfortable with a good mattress and foam topper and a selection of pillows. The bedding is pure cotton. We had the best sleep of all our stays on the island. The pool and surroundings are kept very clean. The most important though are the brothers Marino and Giampiedro who simply love hosting.

The location was perfect: close to great restaurants and the harbor in Porto Rotondo, yet peaceful and quiet for a restful night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety, and the amazing staff were always there to help with anything I needed. I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout my stay — it made the whole experience feel truly special. The pool area was a highlight too, with a semi-jacuzzi and super comfy pool chairs — perfect for relaxing!

Cristian and Carmen were the best hosts we have ever had. Cristian took time out of his busy day to pick us up from the airport and provide us the room at an earlier time. Carmen made sure the room was clean for us, and had everything ready for us at an early check in. This property had everything you needed, and for us, was far enough from the city centre where you could relax and get away from the noisy nightlife. The details of the room were impeccable. From branded towels to a personalized message on the TV and note - it truly made you feel luxurious, yet homely. If we could provide more stars for this experience, we would.
