The peoperty is very comfortable especially the rooms were amazingly devided! The bathtub with mountainview was devine. The restaurants were one by one amazing. The little cafe is as well a plus. They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!

Everything and everyone was so nice. This part of the hotel seems more exclusive so the moment we got off the bus they quickly directly us to a private check in area. The lounge area with free drinks and snacks was a huge plus thank you!!

This hotel is a must visit in Hokkaido for its onsen facilities. The grand onsen room was indeed a life-time experience. We only stayed for one night but were able to use and thoroughly enjoy onsen multiple times. Both dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent. Complimentary parking was provided. The room was very clean and authentic.

APA Hotel Sapporo offers luxurious facilities including a seafood restaurant and a variety of traditional body treatment areas like an Utatane-buro (nap bath) and a Rotenburo Bath (open-air bath). Great experience. Everything is clean and big. You have all the facilities in the room and in the hotel. The spa was great and open mostly all day and night until 12. The restaurant in the hotel is very nice if you don't want to move around at night.

Chateraise Gateaux Kingdom Sapporo Hotel & Resort har flere offentlige bade og sauna samt værelser i vestlig stil med gratis internet via kabel. All the staffs were kind and considerate. Dinner buffet was excellent. Suite room was spacious. Shuttle bus was punctual.

Awesome hotel, really enjoyed it. Its aimed toward families, I wouldnt come here unless you have kids. Helpful staff and the room was big.
