We had an outstanding dinner and a traditional Japanese breakfast with all the small, beautifully presented dishes.

We received great service and welcoming, and we even received an upgraded room. The team of the reception noticed that we preferred a different location for our room, and they found a perfect location and room type for us, which made us very very happy and satisfied. In addition, the concierge services helped us very much, especially ms. Chihiro Shinoda and ms. Hatsune Enomoto which helped us a lot to resolve two different problems which occurred during our stay. Best Hotel and stuff !!!

Didn’t try the onsen but it looked popular as many people meandered about in dressing gowns.
