The property is on the Main Badulla road, but a bit away from town, about 5mins by car, which was okay for us as it helped us wind down by sunset, and the property became quite cozy with no external sounds or bright lights.

Rooms at the Langdale Boutique Hotel by Amaya recall the Tea Estate era, with dark wooden flooring and classic furniture. They are fitted with satellite TV, a sofa and a tea maker. A very nice botique hotel which gives you feelings of a home. We have been to many botique hotels, but i think this is one of the best and was best part of our stay in Sri Lanka. Very amazing views of tea garden. The hotel is located in a quiet location and is only 5 minutes away from Nano Oya train station. All facilities were neat and clean. Very nice food and breakfast was amazing. We end up eating dinner there as well. Very nice food. They have a small golf club, a temperature controlled swimming pool, a tennis court. Morning views from dining areas are unbelievable.. A perfect get away for holidays.

I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who truly made an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
