Baros Maldives bevindt zich op het kleine eiland Baros in de buurt van de stad Malé, in een turquoise lagune met villa’s afgezonderd in palmschaduwrijke open plekken bij een wit zandstrand of boven... Everything was literally perfect and could not ask for anything to be better. The location, sun, ocean, amazing underwater world, delicious food with large variety, clean cozy rooms. Snorkeling was just wonderful! Thank you to everyone who made our holiday perfect and we certainly will never forget it. A special thank you to our snorkeling instructor and our sweet and caring Sujatha, who took the best care of us! She went far and beyond to make our stay even more amazing. Also, a big thank you to Rauyaan who took over when Sujatha left and did an amazing job! For an amazing service and wonderful food, thank you to all the waiters and cooks at Lime restaurant. Fantastic food and service! Greetings and big thanks to the waiter Alson for his attention to details and a ''very strong coffee'' for my husband. 🤩 We hope to see you all very soon 🙂 We had a late return flight and Baros reception was kind enough for us to stay in our villa until evening and allowed us a late check-out for free, which was such a wonderful surprise and we are forever thankful for that. Experience the Original Maldives in barefoot eco-luxury at Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru. This was our 4th stay at Vabbinfaru, and it truly feels like our home away from home. The recent updates to the villas are moderate but noticeable, maintaining their charm while adding improvements. The new restaurants are fantastic—Saffron provides exceptionally good Thai food, and Sangu Garden blends naturally with the environment, offering a lovely alternative dining experience. What keeps bringing us back is the warm and super-friendly staff, the unique Robinson Crusoe feeling with sand everywhere (and no water villas!), the delicious food, the great house reef, and the private, quiet atmosphere. There were a couple of minor, temporary glitches related to the introduction of the new restaurants. Nevertheless, our concerns were handled swiftly and professionally, ensuring our stay remained memorable. We love this island so much that we’ve already booked our next visit in March! Highly recommended for those seeking a serene and authentic Maldivian escape.

There is a lot that can be written about a Joy Island. However, all descriptions should certainly be positive. First of all, the entire service deserves the greatest appreciation, which makes this place even better and accessible to all guests. We would like to thanks a lot Ashraf, Jushann, Leeman and the entire team. They were the most helpful and smiling resort employees we've ever met on holidays in oure live. The location of the island itself is perfect, with easy transfer from the airport in Male. Transport time by speedboat is very affordable. For people who like diving and snorkeling, Joy is a very good base with short transfer times to several breathtaking places. The tideness of the entire resort / the island and the rooms itselves was at the highest level. There are a lot of good things we can say about the meals and dishes served in the restaurant. The quality and freshness of the dishes were at the highest level. Including the preparation of fish caught by myself, each dish was extremely tasty. The great advantages were the dishes prepared during every meal, as well as additional culinary attractions such as mozzarella and burrata made in the restaurant and various types of pasta. The greeting of guests and the farewell are also unique and they remain in oure memory for many days (we still thinking how to organise return journey to Joy). Considering all the positives, we can only recommend a trip to Joy for everyone who want to relax and entrust your special holiday time to the care of professionals.
