Opening in April 2018, The Box Hotel is located in Linköping and boasts a year-round outdoor pool as well as a spa centre. Guests can relax in the hot tub or sauna, and enjoy a meal in the on-site restaurant. Linköping Arena is 1 km from the property, while Saab Arena is 2 km away. Everything was great, love the design of the overall hotel and the hotel rooms, quite modern. I did not expect the hotel to be this fine compared to other options during my stay for the Närcon convention. The breakfast was nice, and thankfully had lactose-free food for my friend. The service was simple and straight forward as it should be. There was one night where the whole parking lot was full and they simply gave us permission to park on a reserved spot for the day. This will be my go-to hotel for Linköping

The property is non-smoking and is located 45 km from Kolmården Animal Park. This is a home-from-home. I was met like and old friend and welcomed to the property that felt like I was staying with someone I knew well. It's in a lovely place with a great location.

Located next to a large horse farm featuring a riding school and Icelandic horses, Stenholmens Gårdshotell is within 15 minutes' drive of central Linköping. WiFi and on-site parking are free.

All of the Gårdshotell's bright, modern rooms feature a TV and nature views. Bathroom facilities are private or shared. A very interesting rural setting, at a riding school, near the E4 motorway. Comfortable room, and a very good breakfast. They do dinners as well.

Fantastic service, always smiling personnel, good breakfast with lots of different food. Excellent hotel to stay in. So near to tourist places like the castle and the big lake of Vettern.

The spa can be accessed for a surcharge and includes hot baths, a sauna, a steam bath and a variety of spa and massage treatments. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor hot tub, a cafe/bar, a relaxation room and a gym. Breakfast was very good, but over two days was served in two different locations and challenging to find.

In peaceful surroundings by the Mjölby Golf Course, just a 2 minute drive from the E4 highway, is Hotell Miskarp, a privately owned and comfortable 3-star hotel.

Guests at Hotell Miskarp can also relax by the outdoor swimming pool, or in the sauna. I like the location and the facility very much. However, I would like to especially mention that this hotel has the possibility to charge your electric car in just 100 meters from the room. That made travel with electric car so much easier and environmentally friendly.

Situated in Kolmården, 1.2 km from Kolmården Zoo, Vildmarkshotellet features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. This 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. The property is non-smoking and is located 44 km from Nyköping Train Station. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Great location with seaviews and stunning rocky forest surroundings. Definitely worth returning.

All rooms at Hotell Nordic have a flat-screen TV, wooden floors, as well as a modern bathroom. Excellent bed, well aerated room, soundless moquette, fast elevator, nice staff, good breakfast, parking lot (paid extra, but it values the crones you pay), big TV, refrigerator working well, good laundry service.

Scandic Linköping Väst is close to the E4 and roads 34 and 36. When you stay at the hotel, you are close to Gamla Linköping, with charming old houses, Valla leisure area and the Air Force Museum. The hotel has a big parking (for a fee when you arrive) and 14 electric charging stations. Gym, pool and sauna access is free, as are Wi-Fi internet and guest bicycles. This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The room was exceptionally clean and modern. I loved the heated floors in the bathroom. I borrowed a bike for most of the days I stayed here. The bike had between 1 and 3 gears and worked for around Linkoping. I took the bike to the university and to downtown. The location was excellent.. nearby the university and also nearby my son's apartment.
