Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

Warm, proactive, genuinely thoughtful—the kind of hospitality that feels effortless because it’s real. He even made me an iced coffee (I’m usually not a fan) that was so good I asked for the recipe. Communication was smooth end-to-end and check-in/check-out were a breeze. If you’re debating where to stay in the Pines, this is your sign. Beautiful property, heated pool, huge comfy beds, gym for the motivated—and a host who turns a great trip into an unforgettable one. We’ll be back. 🇿🇦❤️

Vine & Sand--Southold NY's Newest B&B ligt op 33 km van Splish Splash en biedt gratis fietsen en een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad. De accommodaties hebben airconditioning, een terras en gratis WiFi.... The house is beautifully finished, the rooms are spacious and the rain forest shower was awesome. We used the bikes to cycle to the wineries and enjoyed relaxing outside at the firepit in the evening.
