Every single member of staff was so helpful and polite. The 2 reception staff Katie and Anna were lovely and gave us so much information and helped us to book trips. Our driver from Hue to Hoi An, Peter was amazing and truly gave us an experience we couldn't forget. I would come back to stay in this hotel any time.
