The service was outstanding—reception staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything needed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an extensive and diverse selection of delicious options to suit every taste. Whether you prefer fresh pastries, international dishes, or healthy choices, there’s something for everyone. However, the absolute best part of the stay was Cove Beach. As a hotel guest, you get free access to this stunning beach club, which truly elevates the entire experience. With its luxurious ambiance, crystal-clear waters, and top-tier service, Cove Beach is the crème de la crème of the hotel’s offerings. If you’re looking for the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and an unforgettable beachside experience, this hotel is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

We visited Nikki Beach in October for a short getaway. When choosing a hotel, we focused on the location and the beach, and we were absolutely delighted with our choice. The hotel is nestled in the new Pearl Jumeirah area, away from the towering skyscrapers and crowded developments. The surroundings are low-rise and peaceful, creating a sense of seclusion that makes you feel as if you've escaped the bustling city of Dubai. The beach is wide and beautiful, with a stunning shoreline perfect for long, leisurely walks. We loved the hotel's intimate, boutique feel — its compact size, spacious and modern rooms, and sleek design make for a refreshing, contemporary atmosphere. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the serene ambiance; it was truly a place where you could unwind and disconnect. The pool was fantastic, offering a chance to cool off in chilled water, and the food was delicious and satisfying. The location was also perfect, with easy access to attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall by taxi. We would especially like to highlight the professionalism of the team working at Nikki Beach Hotel. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the receptionists — and particularly the restaurant staff — was incredibly friendly and highly competent. They were great at engaging in small talk, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciated the professionalism of the team at this hotel. The management has done an excellent job selecting the staff. It's clear that the hotel is very well run. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this hotel for our next visit.

I booked an apartment with a private pool and jacuzzi, and the view over Palm Jumeirah and the sea is absolutely breathtaking. Truly unique and unforgettable. The terrace is stunning – complete privacy, peaceful atmosphere, and a view that makes you want to stay there all day. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent – very tasty, high quality, and more than generous. Direct access from the garage to the elevators and rooms, which is very convenient and comfortable. Overall, the hotel feels like it deserves 5 stars. Only small management-level details keep it from being there.

From the beginning of the stay, I felt extremely welcomed by Sayed and Manish. They were both so accommodating and easy to deal with. The staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. Breakfast was run extremely well, and Manny, who manages the Giardino, is top-notch and truly professional. There was always a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in Dubai and receive great customer service.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

Dubai is an amazing place and we were very impressed by the development and vision they have. I would recommend this city to anyone. It is a very safe place. Our only frustration was the Taxi drivers. I hope the government does something about it.

We had great experience.

We had great experience. One should plan well before the visit and definitely book the main activities. There was a bit of rain the day before we arrived and major attractions closed for a couple of days. This was disappointing as we expected a better drainage system in an advanced city like Dubai. Some of the activities like desser Safari are over rated and over priced. We really enjoyed the Miracle Garden and JBR beach.
