Not far from the bus station, but rather far from the city center. There are small shops near. 20 minutes to the Sevan lake (but the bank, unfortunately, very very dirty). Very polite and helpful personnel, Tsovik helped us with everything we wanted. Big fridge!

This place is incredible ! Feels like luxury. The decoration is very nice, everything is clean, the service is perfect, the bed are comfortable. You can even put netflix on TV, the terrace is very pleasant. They are helpful and very friendly. I was travelling without a car (you can reach everything by foot if you like walking, the amazing graveyard is like 50min away). There are nice walks to do in the area. The day after they brought me by car right to the bus station to the nearest town. It was lovely !

The place grew significantly since we were last here five years ago. Would have stayed there longer if we knew. Nice facilities, cottages, place for kids to play. Recommend for a family stay for sure!
