We had a wonderful stay, even if it was just for one night. The staff were very cordial and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. My wife especially loved the decor, both in the room and throughout the hotel. We truly wish we had stayed another night to explore the local sights and hope to return again in the future.

Excellent hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful. The meal in the restaurant was fabulous and sitting eating outside was lovely. Breakfast was fine despite it being near train line this never bothered us and we had good nights sleep. Would return

Everything went super smooth. We arrived a bit later than the check-in time but were able to enter the room without a problem just by following the owner instruction. (we stayed in one of the apartment) Breakfast was very generous and with a nice and cozy atmosphere. The host is very welcoming and super kind! Uberlach offers great and relaxing walks.

Location is very quiet, away from the city and traffic noise. Spacious parking, very big apartment with modern furniture and appliances. House is recently build so everything is brand new. Bathroom is very big and clean, wifi is fast and stable and heating was already set for our arrival. Apartment has everything you need for your stay but if you decide to have a takeout host will gladly help you with that too. Host is very very nice and kind. She was very interested in our trip because there was a heavy storm during the day with lots of rain and wind. She also left a little present for our kids on our arrival. All in all definetly worth your money and time

Nice, clean and well equipped flat. There was everything what person needs, including some small things like hairdryer, stuff for cooking and etc. It's 10 min from Graz, what is also big plus. The owner is friendly and easy-going. And also nice cats😊.
