We visited this hotel during the Christmas holidays (family with children). We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and all its facilities. I now understand why people keep coming back to this hotel. The owner is very friendly and is present on a daily basis. The owner can also be very proud of his staff, as they are extremely friendly and very helpful (without exception). We mainly interacted with Frank (restaurant staff), Marie, and the reception staff. They also offered a bus trip to a city twice a day (free of charge) with a cheerful guide. Additionally, the children were picked up and brought back by bus every day they had ski lessons. Later, there was thankfully enough snow behind the hotel (a ski slope with a ski lift). Normally, I dislike swimming because the pool water is always ice-cold. However, I swam every day because the pool water was wonderfully warm. All in all, we will definitely return again.

We stayed at the hotel as an overnight stopover on the way to Lake Garda and because it was next to Swarovski Kristal world. On arrival we were warmly greeted and informed of all meal arrangements. My wife is Coeliac so we asked about Gluten free options and he arranged for GF bread rolls to be ready for breakfast. He also explained what we could eat on the evening We were not disappointed when we had our evening meal. The food was amazing and for a very reasonable price. I had the chicken with grilled veg and potato croquettes.... Fantastic, had my taste buds tingling. Although the GF choices were limited, my wife had a very nice chicken salad. Breakfast next morning was equally as good with my wife having her GF rolls and soft boiled eggs, as well as lovely fresh fruits etc. Our room was probably the biggest room we have ever stayed in and bathroom spotless with a very large shower cubicle Only wish we had been staying longer if only for the restaurant!!
