HungaryQuiet, clean, simple. Come here if you want to clear your mind. Instead of a TV, there are board games, card games available. You can sit down on a bench and just enjoy peace. You can buy their own products, teas, soaps, honey and cheese in the shop. Everyone was very friendly and natural. Cute cows are a bonus. :)

The host/owner is awesome, he’s super kind, treats you like family, and gave great suggestions of what to see nearby. The rooms were also very clean and the food from the restaurant on the ground floor was all very good.

This place is simply awesome. We were looking for something cozy, but at the same time with a lot of space for celebration of Christmas with our family of 9 people, and it was just a perfect find!
The house is located in a small town not far from Salzburg. You can easily reach the city by bus, but also have a walk in nice surroundings in this town itself.
The house is equipped with everything you may need during your stay - all the kitchen appliances, bathroom appliances, tv, big living room area, tea, coffee, and even some products in the fridge. Every detail is thought out, and the design of this house makes you feel like at home.
The only thing is that we were planning to make barbecue because the weather was perfect for it, but it turned out that it’s available only in summer. So be aware of this.
In overall our whole family is extremely satisfied and enjoyed our Christmas getaway to FeWo! Would love to come back one day.

The village of Seekirchen is a great place to stay for a quiet vacation. You can easily go to Salzburg by train, bus, or car. But Seekirchen has everything you will need. (Best bakery, bank, barber shop, pharmacy, shopping, etc.) The lake is nearby, and some good fish is caught here. Recreational facilities are available. Nearby Mattsee has a fabulous transportation museum. The food is so good at the Gasthaus zur Seeburg that you won't need to go to any of the restaurants in Seekirchen.

Henndorf is a nice village alongside the lake wallersee.
Henndorf is a nice village alongside the lake wallersee. It is not the best touristic village there but it is elegant, silent and very high level. From there you can visit the other more touristic village by car such us Sankt Gilgen, Halstatt, bad Ischl and the whole Salkammergut. You can easily reach Salzburg, and the Eagle's Nest..

Beautiful small village!
Beautiful small village! nice people and a lot to offer in the city. Unfortunately I didn't stay long enough for a proper sightseeing and exploration of surrounding area. Food was great, Heuringer Weintraube had great options, as well as Dinos pizza and burgers. The offer of coffee places and restaurants is good. However, strange working hours may apply for some restaurants.

The hotel is a money trap.
The hotel is a money trap. The hotel shares unclear and incomplete information in the reservation process. The suggestion is that you can arrive after 18.00 when you book the hotel. However, when you contact after booking, the hotel they say that it not possible. A request for a refund is also refused. The hotel also offers rooms for 2 persons but when you fill in one name of one guest, the hotel prepares a room for 1 person. You can pay addional at arrival, even when the hotel knows. The hotel is not interested in customers, the hotel is interested in cheap money. My advice: do not go to this hotel unless you look for a disappointment.

The worst thing about this hotel's location is that it is far from the nearest bus stop by approximately 20 minutes which makes it difficult to walk around at night if you are coming back to the hotel since there are no lights in the streets surrounding the hotel making it dangerous at night if you don't have a car.
