We came with 2 adults and 2 kids. The room and the bathroom are big enough and clean. There is a balcony. The breakfast is awesome, a lot better than open buffet, you chose from the menu, they cook when you order, it's the best you can have. And you have a central place in the city, you can walk around if you need, you feel safe. There is also a private free car parking.

Tsvetomir is a fantastic host, the room is cosy and functional in the hearth of Chiprovtsi located above the family restaurant, which unfortunately we did not have the chance to visit. Tsvetomir has also been kind enough to let us visit the brewery he runs in the village, producing locally an excellent beer with extreme dedication. I highly recommend to taste his ale!

Everything. There is nothing but good to say about this lovely family run hotel. The staff were excellent. The whole hotel was super clean and tastefully decorated. The garden was fabulous. The food was wonderful, all freshly cooked, including the just out of the oven bread. The local wine was a bonus. The sunset behind the mountains was gorgeous and the views were as amazing. It is an absolute gem. Thankyou to Emma and little Chris for me giving us a great stay.

The property is located in a quite street, very closed to the pedestrian zone. It was extremely clean. We had a terrace with Mountain View. The host was very helpful.
