A very nice hotel, with an extremely good location. Polite staff with attention to small details. Wonderful and varied food in the restaurant with very good service from the waiters. Pets are also allowed in the hotel, which gives an advantage to visit it in the future. The pool has warm water, the sauna was great. The masseuse is a professional. It's worth taking advantage of everything the hotel has to offer. I am very pleased. Thanks for the warm attitude.

Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. She checked in on us regularly to make sure all of our needs were met. The accommodations were very affordable. There is a restaurant right across the street that serves very good food in a unique building. We were close to lovely hikes and also the city of Smoylan which we found very entertaining

Omg... best. place. ever. View was exceptional. Food was AMAZING and our hosts were so warm and welcoming it was like staying with family. I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone that finds themselves in the beautiful Rhodope mountains in Gela. What a cool place!

Everything exceeded my expectations - from the behavior of the staff to the quality of the facilities. The hospitality was marvelous - from the arrival, we were warmly greeted at the reception, and every request and/or inquiry we had was responded to as soon as possible. The hygiene is very high, and the kitchen is being run by professionals. Bartenders are friendly and fun to chat with.

The hotel building was good.

The hotel building was good. The spa was very small and inadequate. The restaurant was very, very bad. All the food was either stale food in the microwave or ready-made frozen food (pizza). The grilled meat dish had a very bad smell, we couldn't eat it. It was an off-season stay. You shouldn't use the restaurant in off-season stays. It was far from the center and restaurants.

Great property decorated with incredible eye for the details and in a very relaxing and beautiful location. The owner was amazing, gave us detailed information about the village and the nice places to visit around as well as prepared unique breakfasts, typical for the Bulgarian cuisine in this region. I would highly recommend a visit to this unique place.

In the last 7 years I have only been skiing in Bulgaria, although there are beautiful ski areas in Romania as well. Until this year I have only been to Borovets and Bansko. I think Pamporovo is very suitable for any level of skiing and even more attractive than the other resorts mentioned. 1st place - Pamporovo!

Shiroka Laka is a traditional Rhodope Mountain village that has preserved some of the most beautiful Bulgarian traditions. It is in the heart of the mountain surrounded by woods of pine trees. There you can see traditional bulgarian house and enjoy delicious food. If you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation in the heart of Rhodope Mountains this is the place to be. The village is located short driving distance from major sightseeing places. Nature is amazing, there!

Wonderful resort for snowboarding / skiing , especially for families with kids. The ski slopes are suitable for all levels of skiiers / snowboarders. The lifts are not very busy during the week. Generally exepcional place for skiing.
