Almost everything was perfect. The room and the staff was really nice. At the breakfast, could have more options. But the cleaning was not so good. My husband is allergic and he didn’t stay very well. I’ll attached a picture of the back of the tv where you can see the dust.

A very high level of service and facilities. Great spar and pool. The restaurant was amazing with a 4 course menu that was presented in a very professional and high cuisine standard. Live background music.

The entire staff (from front desk to restaurant service to housekeeping) were amazing throughout my stay, offering exceptional communication and assistance at all times. The entire team is working together to ensure guests have a happy and care-free stay! My experience in the Junior Suite matched the description on the website in every way. It was newly renovated, very comfortable, spotless-clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the kitchenware needed. The balcony offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. There is a beautiful hiking trail to Lake Louise from the hotel which I highly recommend! But there are also busses running to get to the lake for 2$. Thanks for a wonderful time, especially to Karen and Carlos at the front desk!

This is a great hotel. We like it so much. The wooden cottage is very comfortable. We like the fire place very much and it warmed the house. The kitchen is very convenient with full facilities. It lies beside a small brook with forest. We like it very much. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clear. Staffs are friendly. We definitely enjoyed the staying very much.

The staff seemed to love their jobs. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. They have daily activities to create community. The location is central. Parking and restaurant on site. Eco conscious. The sauna was a highlight! An excellent stay.

A beautiful lodge in an amazing place. The rooms were comfortable and intimate, though I had booked a room with a view on the lake, but in fact the view was more on the roof of the neighboring lodge. Still, the place is so stunningly beautiful that even the roof contributed to the charm. Strongly recommend the walk around the lake. And also strongly recommend the restaurant, our dinner there was excellent and the service impeccable. So a big thank you to all the staff. PS: If you light up the fireplace in the room, the smoke alarm will go on and a very nice person will knock on your door to ask if all is OK. So may be, open the window to let the smoke out.
