The hotel is new and beautiful. The lobby had a warm feel and made Christmas season special with the gigantic Christmas tree and cottage cookie on display. The breakfast was very satisfactory . The staff friendly and ready to help. I loved the goodnight note and chocolate I received in the room every night. Very thoughtful of the team

My recent stay at xoras Hotel Lemba in Kinshasa was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the receptionists were super good and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to provide local tips and even helped arrange transportation—making my stay seamless and stress-free . Everything was perfect from the front desk and their welcome team (warm, smile, patient, ready to help) to the bedroom (clean, comfy bed that exceeded my expectations, perfect water pressure out of the faucets).

This marked my third stay at your great hotel, and I keep coming back for several reasons: Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the rooms has consistently exceeded my expectations. It's evident that your housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. Staff: I am always impressed by the helpful and welcoming nature of your staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive guest experience. Optimal City Location: The hotel's location is truly optimal. Everything I need is close by, and the fact that the area feels safe adds to the overall appeal. It's a key reason I choose your hotel for my stays in the city.

Friendly people around Ate at the function venue

Friendly people around Ate at the function venue Not easy to get around alone, always needing language translators Did not like the airport physical searches and maybe they can consider automating the airport processes. Physical searches are a NO NO

I liked the bubbly atmosphere of Kinshasa

I liked the bubbly atmosphere of Kinshasa Les “KINOIS” are very helpful What I did not like was the endless TRAFFIC JAMS! Almost diabolical! I was in heaven while I was within my hotel and in hell when I decided to venture outside! I mean You cannot move easily. It took us 2hours to reach Kitambo From boulevard du 30 juin. Take heavy traffic away, and Kinshasa is a gem plus, there Is dirt in the same boulevard, there is no pedestrian crossing like in Europe (a real challenge when crossing) A lot to be done regarding cleanliness I mean this The capital city?

I've been to the capitals of 179 countries.

I've been to the capitals of 179 countries. Kinshasa is the ugliest, dirtiest, most corrupt city I've ever visited. If you're a mzungu, you can count on rude treatment and people -- especially police and local officials -- to take advantage of you. Spend your time in Kigali, Kampala, Joburg, Capetown, Nairobi, Mombasa or Dar Es Salaam. Avoid Kinshasa at all costs. The photos I've posted here are from the nicest part of town.
