This hotel exceeded our expectations. We loved it so much! The room and view were amazing, bed comfortable and the staff were so lovely and gave us good tips for what to do! Easy to park, beautiful walks around the hotel and it had such a beautiful outdoor area for breakfast and dinner. We wish we could have stayed longer. 10/10 from us!

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like! The location was beautiful, parking easy, the spa amazing, my room and the view off the balcony was beautiful! Everything was very well thought out. I liked the refreshment stands on each floor, I thought it that was a really good touch! It wasn’t a massive hotel so getting around was super easy, the restaurants were lovely and the food, well, yum!! All the staff seemed very pleasant and friendly. Nothing was too much :) the spa area is phenomenal, so so relaxing! The outdoor pools and area are fabulous, if you enjoy nature then this is the place! I had a manicure whilst I was there and my therapist was lovely! Very friendly too. I don’t think I’ve felt that relaxed in a long time, thank you.

I booked this hotel for my 2 day hiking trip to Säntis, the staff was exceptional and helped me find the best hikes and locations around. They made my stay that much better. The hotel itself was the best I've been to so far, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is right next to the train station and bus stop, also really close to some challenging hikes. All in all, I can't recommend this place enough! The staff and owners are amazing, I wish them the best.

Friendly staff that was very helpful. We had a last minute change of plans and the staff was very accommodating. The food in the restaurant is amazing. We speak English only and everyone was incredibly friendly. Located within walking distance to many great activities and shops. The room was very comfortable and clean.

I'm a repeat customer because the last time I stayed, it was a nice quiet room at the back. I got upgraded this time and had a similarly delightful, quiet room with a view of the neighboring hills. The room was large, comfortable and had period decor without being stuffy. As with the last stay, the staff were very friendly and cheerful and my breakfasts and dinners were highly enjoyable.
