Brilliant location, beautiful renovated property with a lot of great attention to details. Lovely owners met us and showed us around. Walking distance to public entrance of the lake where we went for a quick swim. Would love to come back for a longer stay. Loved the fact that all the essentials were there to make the stay even more comfortable. Plus the welcome bottle of wine and chocolates.

Beautiful house and garden. The room was very clean and we felt right at home. It has a private bathroom and a window to the peaceful garden. Great location to explore the broader Lugano region and for walking the Hermann Hesse walking trail.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The apartment was sparkling clean and smelled so fresh – it immediately felt like a place to relax. Every detail, from the kitchen equipment to the soft bed linens, was top quality and made us feel really well taken care of. The hosts were incredibly kind and easygoing, which made everything so smooth and enjoyable. We spent hours by the pool, soaking in the sun and that absolutely majestic view – it was pure bliss. The interior design in this hotel is exceptional. All of the amenities in your room are really high quality. Very comfortable bedding and the room was spotless. It's located beside the train station which is nice and central. We didn't have any noise disturbance through the night. We had a perfect stay!

Everything is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The locaion is prfect by the lake. You can use the bus in front of the hotel to go wherever you want in Lugano using hotel free tickets. You can also use it for trains inside swizerland. The suites and superior rooms overlook the lake while garden rooms overlook the hotel beautiful garden. You can walk to the center in 15 to 20 minutes or use the bus#2 instead. It also goes to the train station. I totally recommend this classic hotel.
