The hosts were very courteoues and accomodating, private SPA was provided upon request, rooms were clean. All in all, 10/10 recommendation

The view from this town is amazing. The shuttle service into Zermatt saved hundreds of dollars for me as a solo traveler letting me not book directly in Zermatt itself. All the staff were very helpful and my dinner at the restaurant was also very good and classy. While skiing in the USA has gotten very corporate and some ski town locals struggle to keep up, the locals in Switzerland have kept organic and family oriented business intact. Support this family and their multi generational family business!

Once again, we appreciate the amazing coffee we had just before we left! 😉 Please also extend our gratitude to the other waitress (the one with black hair) for being so thoughtful and even setting up the music for us during our anniversary dinner. Thank you, Simon (the owner), for taking the time to check in with us to ensure everything was to our liking, for the lovely conversation, and for your very thoughtful surprise gesture to honor our wedding anniversary. (And again, thanks to Pedro for going the extra mile to deliver it!) The property is new, modern, and cozy, making it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway, a ski trip, or a family vacation. It has the best spa I have ever seen in a three-star hotel,featuring a bio sauna, dry sauna (95°C), steam sauna, jacuzzi, foot massage station, and an incredibly comfortable and peaceful relaxation area with fresh fruit, spa water, and high-quality tea. The location is fantastic-literally right next to the bus station and the cable car to Hannigalp. They even provide special snow-walking shoes for free, and for skiers, there is a designated area to store ski equipment. We are so glad we found and booked this property. We highly recommend it!

Balcony with amazing view. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine. Nice breakfast. Good bathroom. We liked everything and hope to stay again someday.

We feel very lucky to have found Chalet Valerie for our little family vacation. The apartment was clean and comfortable with an incredible view of the mountains and a beautiful, well curated garden. The apartment is perfectly located with easy access to town and hiking/biking trails. And the owner is very kind and accommodating.

Beautiful location- everything you need is a cat at the hotel.
