The hotel staff respond was excellent. They helped us regarding our problem to reach the hotel from train station because of some delays from the train schedule. Besides, we got a very nice room heading to the lake view. It was an excellent service. Hotel facilities, especially for children was also very good. Hotel located in a very cozy place, surrounded by minimarket, dessert shop, winter sport rental, and also ticket counter for some winter activities. The breakfast was delicious. The bus station is also located in the hotel parking area.
