staff was very kind and friendly, they spoke enough languages! ( most of the visitors were French, and animation crew spoke French fluently, so a place for French people) but not only them, food was delicious, cleanliness and safety was at highest! I totally recommend it!

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great, the entertainment brilliant. The rooms lovely, beds comfortable. Location was also ideal, close to shops and the beach. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great calm location. Beautiful beach. Heated pool. Just amazing reception staff. We were upgraded to the pool facing suites on the ground floor, i would say probably the best room option you can get at this hotel, literally jump straight out of your bed into the warm pool 😃

I had a great experience during my stay. Although the room that was initially assigned did not have the full ocean view I was expecting when I booked, the reception staff were very understanding of my need for quiet and tranquility during my stay and were flexible in allocating another room as it became available the following day. Rooms are large and clean, great variety of food to choose from, and the elevated view over the beach and the ocean from the pool is absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is built on a coast so be ready to walk on a lot of stairs (beside taking the elevator) and burn those calories after enjoying the restaurant meals if you don’t want to use the gym which is small but decent enough and was almost always empty during my stay. You might get lost a bit as the lower layout of the hotel is like a maze (the signaling in the lower elevator and around the pathways can definitely be improved). It is a really large hotel so quite easy to be “just another guest in the crowd” but the people working there make you feel really welcomed and that you are important. You can see they are hard working people always running around and actually getting things done but always smiling at you and greeting you with a lot of warmth from housekeeping to gardening, restaurant teams, handlers, reception, all of them.

The most I liked about this hotel is the location. It is on the beautiful Sotavento beach. The pool have incredible view to the beach. It is very quite and relaxed place if you are looking for this type of holiday. There is live music at the bar every night. The food was delicious with big variety. The staff were always smiling and very helpful if you have any questions. Costa Calma town is 30 min walk away which is not much if you like walking.
