Well, initially selected because midway between Puerto Mazarrón and Santander with good reviews but what a fantastic place with lots to see in the town. The hotel was very welcoming friendly with smiling staff, comfortable room, bed, shower /bath. Very clean large room enough to spread cases out. Location couldn't have been better. There is no need to pay for parking there, we parked on the square right outside the hotel. The breakfast was super with a great selection and hot option. The church in the main square was interesting and attached to it was the local tourist office and museum with Juan the local guide brimming with enthusiasm for his town's treasures. Will definitely be passing through again next year as we didn't have the time to spare this visit. And we will be staying at the Casona De Torres.

Beautiful house with excellent common areas, comfy beds, and staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was quite good. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean with good temperature and water pressure. 2 minute walk to the town square, so quiet. Has a pretty outdoor courtyard connected to the dining room and living room.

We are two cyclists on a long distance trip across Spain the Hotel location is fantastic - we rode into town and were able to walk to all the tourist locations with ease - great location at a fair price It is a modern refurbishment inside an old building very close the Cala Mayor - great place for walking from - we found great restaurants and coffee shops
