The property is located in a very small hamlet out side of Sarenina in the Aragon region. The hotel is uniquely hidden behind the local village street walls. The entrance brings you into a spacious dining room with a wine cellar you can see from the glass floor and also walk down to the impressive wine collection.The rooms are spacious with full modern bathroom and showers. The room has built in closets designed to hold all your luggage. The gardens are very serene with a bonus jacuzzi that takes away the hot summer heat. The owners grow fresh vegetables alongside their indigenous plants and flowers. The restaurant works around your timeline and they accommodate your food allergies. The chef offers an array of culinary delights and served top notch appetizers filled with flavorful seasoning. The wine and spirit pairings are off the chart. We were especially impressed with the designer vermouth drinks. The staff are very warm and very informative about places to explore. The best part of our last day was visiting the community pool. It was relaxing, clean and the community members welcomed guests with a smile.
